My name is Marisa Maldonado and I'm so glad you stopped by! I am a passionate bilingual educator and STEAM and Computer Science advocate. Prior to joining Hays CISD,
I worked in Austin ISD as a Science Teacher, Campus Innovation Coach, and Bilingual Specialist.

What do we do in this class?

Welcome to Technology Specials at Pfluger Elementary! Students visit my Technology class once a week as part of Special Areas rotations. In this class we will:

•Learn how to effectively and responsibly use age-appropriate computer skills and programs.

•Understand and demonstrate how to be good digital citizens and consumers of information.

•Discover the exciting worlds of coding, robotics, virtual reality, and beyond!
